Salón de Gourmets 2018: The main international trends in gastronomy are exhibited in Madrid

Madrid hosts these days the 32 Salón de Gourmets in the fairground of IFEMA Feria de Madrid where the main trends of food and cuisine nationally and internationally for this year will be exhibited. Until Salón de Gourmets have moved the best firms of the agri-food sector that expose and present their gourmet products, allowing to give a round the world in gastronomic matters.

90,000 professional visitors from different parts of the world will have at their disposal 1,600 exhibitors, 40,000 products and 1,300 novelties that will mark the culinary trends of 2018. But the public will also be able to access this special fair, which will highlight, above all, the value of the products and the raw material offered by Spain.

52,200 m2 of surface area with exhibitors from the different autonomous communities and also with others from countries such as Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, USA, France, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan , Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, the Netherlands, Peru, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Russia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden and Switzerland.
